Brigadier General Jason H. Rosenstrauch is the Deputy Commanding General for Support, 2nd Infantry ROK-US Combined Division at Camp Humphreys, South Korea. Prior to his arrival to Camp Humphreys, her served as the Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center; Provost, Army University; and Deputy Commandant, U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
Brigadier General Rosenstrauch is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a commission into the U.S. Army as an Armor Officer. He holds master’s degrees from the School of Advanced Military Studies in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
His previous command assignments include: 194th Armor Brigade, Fort Moore, Georgia; 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado; and B Troop, 2nd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Lewis, Washington.

Brigadier General Rosenstrauch’s operational deployments and combat tours include Operation Iraqi Freedom – Iraq and Operation Enduring Freedom – Afghanistan. His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), the Bronze Star Medal (2 Oak Leaf Clusters), the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (3 Oak Leaf Clusters), the Army Commendation Medal with Valor, the Valorous Unit Award, and the Combat Action Badge.
