You have the 2ID DIVARTY commander's ear.
What do you want to tell the commander to help us sustain what we are doing right and improve the unit? If we do not share what we think is right and what is wrong then we can't improve. Only by multiple people within an organization identifying what is working and what is not can leaders make adjustments. One person saying something can be an anomaly multiple people saying it makes it identifiable.
The purpose of this page is for 2ID DIVARTY members to identify what is going right and what needs improvement. This feed back will be used by the 2ID DIVARTY Commander to shape what a Soldier solarium group will use to come up with for recommendations to sustain and improve 2ID DIVARTY.
