On June 1, 2018, Sarah D. Williams was promoted from Specialist to Sergeant
due to her great efforts while working in the 2ID/RUCD PAO Shop. She was
joined by her fellow KATUSAs and U.S. Soldiers to celebrate this special
occasion. Now as an NCO, she pledged to lead her fellow Soldiers and show
them what NCO leadership is all about.
