Colonel Roger S. Giraud

COL Roger S. Giraud is a 1991 Distinguished Military Graduate of Texas A&M University. He earned a B.S. in Biomedical Science in 1991, had an educational delay to active duty, and earned a B.S. in Animal Science in 1993. COL Giraud earned his Masters of Health Administration from Baylor University in 2004 and a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College in 2015.

COL Giraud is married and they have one daughter.
